Thank you for using products and services developed by IKSM Technology (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all our mobile applications, software products, and online services available through https://iksmtechnology.com.

1. Purchases and Payments

All payments made for our paid apps, premium features, or subscription plans are processed through authorized and secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Google Play, Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc.).

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of both IKSM Technology and the respective payment processor.

2. Refund Policy

Since our digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or activation is granted.

However, a refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
• You did not receive access to the product/service due to a verified system failure.
• The product was found to be defective or not as described, and our technical support could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at iksmtechnology@gmail.com, along with proof of payment.

We reserve the right to accept or deny refund requests based on our internal verification and policy guidelines.

3. Cancellations

If you are using a subscription-based service, you can cancel anytime from:

• Your Google Play account (for in-app subscriptions), or
• The platform where you made the purchase.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update or revise this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
